<正>在2007年国际卒中会议上两个涉及脑小血管病的议题成为大会关注热点。2008年国际卒中会议和欧洲卒中会议上,再次提出了"小血管病引起大问题"的论点。在此形势下,脑小血管病的研究成为当今国际卒中界及国内脑血管病研究的重点。因此,下面对脑小血管病的定义,脑小血管病与腔隙性脑梗死相互关系,以及脑小血管病的临床表现、影像学进行综述。一、脑小血管病定义
