摘要：

感染是引起重症监测治疗病房(ICU)患者死亡和不良预后的主要原因,对感染性疾病进行早期诊断、判断疾病严重程度、评估患者预后并指导有效地治疗可显著减少不良预后和病死率。可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)是一种新型的炎性反应标志物,在各种感染性疾病中其表达水平会升高,具有较高的诊断价值;可作为一种独立风险因子,预测ICU重症患者的不良预后;同时也是ICU患者疾病严重程度的标志。
