摘要
<正> 单纯收缩期高血压(isolated systolic hyperten-sion,ISH)是老年人高血压的主要类型,具有很高心脑血管病并发症风险,随着年龄的增加发病率日趋增高。ISH 动脉壁结构的异常包括弹力纤维的断裂和减少、钙盐的沉积与胶原的增多,这些表现都可能导致动脉硬化而诱发 ISH 形成。有关 ISH 的发病机制并未阐明,以下就 ISH 动脉中层钙化(medial elasto-calcinosis,MEC)的研究成果作一综述。
