前交叉韧带损伤与重建术后核心稳定特征研究进展

摘要
<正>膝关节前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤是运动损伤中较常见的疾病,近来前交叉韧带损伤后膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)高发引起了很多学者关注,并且很多报道也提出参加重建手术患者KOA发生与保守治疗差异无显著性[1—2]。引起KOA原因的研究中,很多集中于ACL损伤及重建后膝关节步态的特征性改变,但很少有人报道核心稳定系统特征的改变。本文就ACL损伤与重建术后核心稳定系统特征改变及核心稳定训练在ACL损伤与重建术后的治疗意义做一综述。
