摘要
PGC-1α是近年来备受关注的核受体辅助激活因子,通过与PPARs、NRFs和ERRs等核受体相互作用,调节线粒体的生物合成,物质和能量代谢以及抗氧化应激,因而奠定其在心脏中的重要作用。本文就PGC-1α在心肌肥厚、心力衰竭、心肌病、动脉粥样硬化以及心肌缺血等心血管疾病中的做用及机制做简要阐述。
