摘要
女性生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染可导致宫颈炎、盆腔炎、慢性盆腔痛、不孕、异位妊娠等一系列严重疾病及并发症,业已成为全球备受关注的公共卫生问题之一。目前观点认为,感染相关免疫病理损伤为其主要致病机制。本文将从固有免疫与获得性免疫两方面对女性生殖道CT感染免疫病理机制研究现状作一综述。
