摘要：

文章运用协同演化的分析思想,基于企业组织层面及地理空间层面能力构型、交易成本与治理机制之间的内在互动关系,构造了一个内生性全球价值链治理模式的分析框架。通过它可以有效地弥补和完善全球价值链分析范式的局限,同时有助于更为深入地理解国际化进程中发展中国家当地集群升级的内在逻辑。
