摘要：

用博弈模型研究了企业在降低产品边际成本的 R& D过程中 ,研究合作组织形成的伙伴选择问题 .分析了事前成本非对称对 RJVs形成的影响 ,认为非对称程度越大 ,越难以形成 RJVs.此外创新产品产业化后的市场利润对 RJVs形成有一定的影响作用 .
