局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同期放化疗研究进展

摘要：

放化综合治疗是局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的基本治疗策略。近期研究表明同期放化疗在生存率等方面优于序贯治疗,已成为局部晚期NSCLC的标准治疗模式,但是尚无具体放化结合模式指导临床治疗。为了进一步提高治疗疗效,目前临床研究主要集中于以下几个方面:同期放化治疗加入诱导或巩固化疗、同期放化疗中放疗分割方式的改变、同期放化疗中化疗方式及方案的选择、同期放化疗加入分子靶向治疗。
