摘要：

按照世界卫生组织的提案在北京和四川两个农村地区进行了一项"癫痫的社会控制"可行性试验。两地共选定癫痫大发作患者40例,随机分为二组,分别由神经科医生和经过培训的乡村医生治疗。比较结果:两组疗效及患者对医生的信任度均无明显差异。乡村医生可以掌握规定的方法,就近管理患者。结果表明本方案在中国农村地区是可行的。
