Compensation medicine of Japan have effected deeply on raining and developing of Chinese compensation medicine,specially contributory of accident by watanabe et. al was followed with interest. Recently further research were carried out such as new concept of compensation science, new criteria for ratable judgment relation between external cause and death or physical/mental lesion,psychogenic reaction, contributory of suicide in traffic accident vistims,a evaluation system for the aftereffect of trauma in human body ect. However, existing multiple assessment methods and department, untrust clinical diagnosis, absence of a foremsic expertise system being reasonable and emsuring quality of expertise have hindering the development of Japanese forensic medicine and compensation at some degree. By investigation, Japanease forensic experts and jurists suggest that it is should use the experience of Chinese forensic expertise system especially department of forensic expertise in court for reference.
