CD40、PCNA在人膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘要：

【目的】探讨CD40、PCNA在人膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中的表达及临床应用价值。【方法】采用免疫组化技术检测56例BTCC组织、20例正常膀胱组织中的CD40和PCNA的表达,分析CD40、PCNA表达水平与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期相关性,以及两指标间的相关性。【结果】①CD40、PCNA在BTCC中的表达为66.1%、64.3%,明显高于正常膀胱黏膜。②CD40在高分化、表浅性BTCC中的表达为91.7%、83.3%,明显高于中低分化、浸润性BTCC。而PCNA在高分化、表浅性BTCC中的表达为33.3%、52.8%,明显低于中低分化、浸润性BTCC。③CD40、PCNA在BTCC中表达呈负相关。【结论】CD40在BTCC发生过程中可能起重要的作用,可作为诊断、评估恶性程度的指标。
