促进区域协调发展需要注重省内差距的变化

摘要：

中国的地区发展不平衡现象不仅存在于省际之间,许多省份内部也存在着较大的差距。近年来,随着中央政府采取一系列措施中国省际间地区差距开始有所缩小,但许多省份内部的差距反而有所扩大。本文发现,各省内部差距并没有显现随经济发展水平提高而自动缩小的现象,因此,各地方政府需要承担更多的责任,通过转移支付和公共服务均等化等多种形式促进地区内部的协调发展。
