激光二极管抽运的全固体457 nm深蓝激光器

摘要：

分析了Nd3+ ∶YVO4 准三能级激光系统的实现方法 ,报道了用 2W的 80 8nm激光二极管抽运 ,实现了Nd3+ ∶YVO4 的 914nm激光振荡 ,并通过腔内倍频实现了 4 5 7nm深蓝激光输出。蓝光最大输出功率为 12mW ,激光器阈值 0 9W ,光光转换效率为 0 6 %。
