成本-效果分析已经越来越多地用于卫生相关项目的评价,为卫生资源合理配置与利用提供决策依据。现介绍成本-效果分析方法在世界各国艾滋病预防干预资源分配中的应用,并讨论艾滋病干预成本-效果分析中存在的方法学问题,以期为我国进行艾滋病预防干预措施成本-效果分析提供借鉴。
