国外农村人力资源开发研究的文献计量分析

摘要：

农村人力资源开发对一个国家或地区的发展具有重要的战略意义。国外对农村人力资源开发的研究相对较早,研究成果对我国具有借鉴意义。论文采用文献计量法和内容分析法对国外2006—2016年间与农村人力资源开发相关的研究文献进行计量分析。主要结论:学术界对农村人力资源开发问题的关注度在逐年提高;目前的研究成果主要发表在人力资源开发和农村发展类的期刊上;目前的研究方法以理论性研究和案例研究为主,实证研究相对较少;研究主题内容集中在开发的策略、影响因素、开发模式和开发对象研究等方面。在此基础上,论文分析了当前国外农村人力资源开发研究的不足之处,并对未来研究方向进行了预测。
