<正>认知是个体获取、认识和利用信息和知识的过程。这一过程需要包括知觉、注意、记忆、计算、执行功能、推理、判断及语言等参与。获得性脑损伤(脑卒中、脑外伤)导致多种医学结局,包括躯体、情感和认知等方面的损害。注意、记忆、计算、推理、判断、执行功能以及各种知觉等认知损害必然会严重阻碍患者的功能独立和有价值、有成就的生活方式的实现。
