强直性脊柱炎病人应用益赛普治疗局部反应的临床观察

摘要：

[目的]观察强直性脊柱炎(AS)病人注射益赛普后注射部位的皮肤反应。[方法]对52例AS病人注射过程中和注射后进行随访观察,以发放问卷调查的形式对发生的不良反应进行追踪。[结果]52例共进行1248次注射,其中有13例(25.0%)共81次(8.7%)出现了注射部位皮肤反应(局部红、肿、硬结、痒),其中中度1例,轻度12例。[结论]应用益赛普治疗AS后注射部位皮肤反应较常见,但无需药物治疗,一般可自行缓解。
