摘要
众筹基于社会化媒体的互联网金融模式,创新了中小微企业的融资渠道,支持创业、创新和创意。众筹当事人参与的动力包括:筹资人需要融资、营销、资源和顾客共创价值,投资人需要股权和回报,众筹网站需要盈利。项目特征与质量、投资人行为、社交因子和地域等对众筹活动具有显著影响。众筹领域潜在的研究机会,包括众筹的长期影响、决定其成功的因素、未来商业模式、本土化和法律监管等。
