摘要
<正>鼻咽癌是我国,尤其是华南地区常见肿瘤之一,其病因学、流行病学[1]、临床特征和治疗策略[2]明显有别于其他头颈部肿瘤。近年来,放疗技术的进步和综合治疗的进展使鼻咽癌疗效有所提高。1调强放疗(IMRT)由二维常规放疗(2DCRT)和三维适形放疗进步到IMRT,是放疗技术崭新的里程碑。美国率先报道使用IMRT治疗67例鼻咽癌,4年总生存率(OS)、局部区域无复发率(LRFS)和无远处转移生存率(DMFS)分别为88%、97%和66%[3]。随后的研究结果显示,3年OS和LRFS都大于90%,3年无远处转移
