细胞因子在骨关节炎软骨退变中的作用

摘要
骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis,OA)是一种以关节软骨破坏,软骨下骨和滑膜反应为特征的慢性进行性骨关节疾病。近年报道细胞因子作为调节者,通过各种机制调节软骨细胞的功能活动,在关节软骨退变中起到了重要的作用,本文就相关因子作一综述。
