针对肿瘤血管内皮细胞的抗癌治疗研究进展

摘要
肿瘤血管内皮细胞不易产生耐药性 ,药物容易到达 ,少量破坏即可引起大量癌细胞死亡。以血管网络为靶子的抗癌治疗相关药物 ,如细胞因子 TNF-α、化疗制剂秋水仙碱、黄酮醋酸 ( FAA )、二甲基磺醌醋酸 ( DMXAA)、 com bretastatin- A4phosphate等抗癌作用已经得到证实。毒性蛋白质基因 ,将无毒前药转变成有毒产物的基因 ,经过特殊改造后能识别肿瘤血管内皮细胞的逆转录病毒和腺病毒载体 ,以及肿瘤血管内皮细胞上特异性抗原决定簇的诱导等基因治疗研究显示出良好的抗癌前景。
