摘要：

腰椎间盘突出(LDH)是腰腿痛的主要病因之一。目前对LDH的分型尚无统一的国际命名标准。MRI具有高组织分辨力和多方位成像等特点。本文回顾了椎间盘突出分型及概念的有关文献,并对MRI在LDH诊断、治疗和预后判断中的作用进行了综述。
