高校学生投入理论:内涵、特点及应用

摘要
学生投入理论从学生角度关注高等教育经历对学生的影响,阐述了学生花费的时间、精力与学习成果之间的正相关关系,同时也强调学校为学生提供的教育环境的重要性。该理论具有直接关注学生的动机和行为、重视学校环境的精心设计和非课堂投入等鲜明特点,从而区别于其他学生发展理论。目前,基于学生投入理论开展的各类调查研究方兴未艾,为我们探索有效的人才培养实践开辟了新路径。
