<正>膝关节是人体中最复杂的一个关节。它由股骨下端关节面、胫骨上端关节面及髌骨关节面借关节囊包裹而成,在整个下肢运动链中起着承上启下的作用。脑卒中后,由于患者的神经肌肉控制能力降低,膝关节的稳定性被破坏,很多患者会出现膝过伸。膝过伸,在临床上也称为膝反张或膝反屈畸形,是指在步态周期中患侧下肢支撑相时,股胫关节在
