雌激素在骨关节炎及骨质疏松中的作用研究

摘要
本文介绍了国内外对雌激素在绝经后妇女骨关节炎和骨质疏松中作用的研究成果。在骨关节炎的发病过程中,雌激素主要通过与雌激素受体、Ⅱ型胶原、细胞因子及活性氧分子等的相互作用,影响其发生和发展。而在骨质疏松的致病过程中,雌激素除了作用于骨组织和骨细胞中的雌激素受体、细胞因子、活性氧分子外,还可通过影响性激素结合蛋白、雌激素受体相关受体,导致其发病。
