摘要：

近年来研究证明"胆碱能性抗炎通路(CAP)"能够反馈性监测、调整炎症反应,通过传出迷走神经刺激而释放乙酰胆碱并特异性结合于组织巨噬细胞表面的含α7亚基的烟碱受体,抑制致炎细胞因子释放,且其具有快速、直接、局限调节和整合炎症反应的特点。
