大电机定子绝缘检测的超声波频率研究

摘要
自行研制了大电机定子绝缘超声波检测系统,它能同时显示被测试样的A扫描脉冲回波和C扫描平面图。用这套系统,该文用不同频率的超声波换能器对环氧云母玻璃丝带补强的复合绝缘层压板和大电机定子线棒试样进行了实验。结果表明,用0.51.2 MHz的超声换能器,检测系统能检测出真机线棒中绝缘-铜界面的反射回波,频率越低,回波越清晰;0.5 MHz的超声换能器检测到此种绝缘的分层等内部缺陷,为大电机主绝缘的老化状态诊断提供了新的研究方法。
