摘要：

谵妄的发病可能由多种因素所致,包括神经递质功能紊乱、异常的应激反应、内皮细胞功能障碍、解剖学损害等。本文通过综述近年来国、内外相关文献,以了解谵妄病理生理机制研究现状。
