美国大学“有组织的”跨学科研究创新的战略保障

摘要：

二战结束后,美国各大学为了发展新兴交叉学科或特定的研究领域,争取外部的研发经费资助,在不打破原有学院系科结构的基础上,纷纷成立以开展跨学科研究为主的实验室、研究中心、研究所和大学研究院等形式的一种独立于传统院系结构之外的科研组织,这种科研组织被称为有组织的研究单位(ORU)。美国大学这一新的组织制度安排成效显著,分析这一组织制度创新的深层次发展原因,更有利于大学开展新知识生产。
