摘要：

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是肠道的慢性非特异性炎症,发病率逐年上升,但具体的发病机制仍不明确,缺乏有效的治疗手段。免疫因素参与了IBD的发病,其中树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)与调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)的作用不可低估。本文通过探讨DC、Treg及这两种细胞之间的相互作用对IBD的影响,使我们能更进一步认识IBD,为研究和治疗这一疾病提供新的切入点。
