摘要：

从文献资源建设的理念、内容结构、用户需求、其他虚拟数字图书馆项目的冲击、图书馆联盟的影响以及数字资源的长期保存等多方面论述了数字环境下文献资源建设所面临的新环境,明确指出用户是文献资源建设的核心,合作是文献资源建设的发展方向,只有立足用户需求,通过全方位合作才能应对各种来势凶猛的挑战。
