急性淋巴细胞白血病的诊断和治疗进展

摘要：

急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)在临床上是一种常见的以原幼淋巴细胞恶性增殖、蓄积、浸润为特点的恶性血液病。其中儿童ALL治疗效果较好,但成人ALL的治疗较为棘手,到目前为止尚缺乏相关的治疗指南,长期生存率仅为30%～40%。本文对ALL诊断和治疗方面最近的研究进展作一综述。
