<正> 胃癌是人类常见的恶性疾患,传统固定的胃大范围切除,扩大的淋巴结廓清模式,已向多样化、个体化治疗模式转化。随着早期胃癌诊断率的提高,在保证根治的前提下以改善生活质量(QOL)为目标的缩小手术备受推崇。缩小手术在胃切除的范围和淋巴结廓清范围进行了必要的缩小,同时重视保存器官功能和降低手术侵袭性。缩小手术中,于幽
