产金属β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌的协同试验方法研究

摘要：

目的　在临床微生物实验室建立简便的纸片扩散试验 ,用于检测产金属 β 内酰胺酶的铜绿假单胞菌。方法　以头孢他啶、头孢噻肟和亚胺培南为底物 ,依地酸二钠 (EDTA Na2 )为酶抑制剂 ,在MH平板上用纸片扩散法进行抗生素协同敏感试验 ,并与聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测金属 β 内酰胺酶基因结果比较。结果　任一药敏纸片与含酶抑制剂纸片间出现抑菌环扩大现象则表示受试菌产金属 β 内酰胺酶 ,在 82株受试菌中 ,协同试验阳性 7株 ,与PCR检测金属 β 内酰胺酶阳性结果一致。结论　协同试验的特异性和敏感性可与PCR技术相媲美 ,适用于临床微生物实验室对产金属 β 内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌的日常初步鉴定
