首位女性诺贝尔经济学奖得主奥斯特罗姆的逝世是国际经济学界的巨大损失。她所构建的以多中心、制度分析和自主治理为核心的公共资源分析框架使她成为"公共经济学的集大成者",与"实至名归的公共经济学创新者",她"推翻了基本的经济教条",所运用的独特研究方法"为经济学跨越学科边界树立了光辉榜样"。
