摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)属于炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的一种,是以病情反复发作为特点的肠道黏膜非特异性炎症性疾病。临床治疗方法有限,治疗效果欠佳。目前UC的病因和发病机制尚未明确,遗传、免疫、环境、感染和精神心理多种因素被认为与其发生有关。近年来免疫因素成为研究的热点,相关研究表明Toll样受体9(Toll-like receptor 9,TLR9)和核转录因子κBp65(nuclear factor-κBp65,NF-κBp65)在UC发病中的作用至关重要。现对TLR9和NF-κBp65信号通路在UC中的作用机制作一概述。
