摘要
本文以实证方式探索了企业创新过程中,领导成员交换、团队成员交换对员工创新行为,组织创新气氛的作用影响机理,以及组织创新气氛在领导成员交换、团队成员交换促进员工创新行为作用中的中介作用。研究将助于我们深入理解员工创新推动的内在组织行为过程,并在创新领导方式以及创新管理实践层面为组织创新提供借鉴。
