<正> 一般认为乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)本身致病性有限,机体免疫在清除病毒的过程中造成的免疫损害为造成肝脏病变的原因。但是在疾病的自然发展及抗病毒药物清除病毒的过程中均可发现病毒水平和人体免疫力
