摘要：

急性不完全性脑缺血常见于休克、心泵功能不全以及脑动脉病变引起的脑循环障碍,造成脑组织不同程度的缺血损伤。家兔脑血管特点较猫、狗更接近人类,因此建立兔急性不完全性脑缺血动物模型,探讨缺血脑组织代谢、结构与机能改变特点及其相互联系,对阐明缺血性脑损伤的发生机理,为临床防治提供实验
