500kV变电站工频磁场对作业人员抗氧化水平的影响

摘要
为了探讨500kV变电站工频磁场曝露对作业人员抗氧化水平的影响,选择500kV变电站巡检人员及相应供电局行政管理人员作为研究对象,用试剂盒测定研究对象血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH-PX)活力;将研究对象分为磁场曝露低剂量组、中剂量组及高剂量组后,统计分析3个组别间T-AOC、GSH-PX活力的差异。研究得到的结果为:磁场曝露低剂量组血清T-AOC活力为(16.0±3.8)U/mL,GSH-PX活力为(197.2±32.3)U/mL;中剂量组血清T-AOC活力为(16.0±3.4)U/mL,GSH-PX活力为(200.1±28.7)U/mL;高剂量组血清T-AOC活力为(16.0±3.5)U/mL,GSH-PX活力为(191.6±30.9)U/mL。以上3组间T-AOC和GSH-PX活力均无统计学差异(概率值P>0.05)。该研究未发现500kV变电站工频磁场曝露对作业人员血清抗氧化水平有明显影响。
