弱光对番茄幼苗PSⅡ热失活的影响

摘要
通过测定叶绿素荧光参数,探讨了弱光[100μmol/(m2.s)]对番茄PSⅡ热失活的影响。在25~40℃处理下,Fo、Fv/Fm、TRo/CS、ETo/CS和DIo/CS变化不大,而45~50℃下黑暗处理引起番茄叶片Fv/Fm、TRo/CS和ETo/CS明显下降,Fo和DIo/CS显著升高,但弱光条件下,Fv/Fm、TRo/CS和ETo/CS下降的幅度小,Fo上升的幅度小。
