噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病独特的作用

<正>噻托溴铵对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronicobstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)维持治疗有重要作用,不少临床报道都肯定这点。该药被认同为治疗COPD的一线药物。新近Donald等报道,噻托溴铵对5 593例中、重度COPD患者为期4年治疗肺功能潜在长期疗效研究(即UPLIFT研究),结果证实以下几点:①能增加第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)与用力肺活量(FVC)值,改善肺功能;②能明显推迟首次急性加重的发生时间;③减少每年急性加重次数(约减少14%);④降低由急性加重导致的患者住院率;⑤降低治疗期间死亡率:⑥明显并持续提高患者的健康相关生活质量,圣.乔治呼吸
