头孢地尼与头孢特伦多中心随机对照临床研究

摘要：

目的　评价头孢地尼治疗呼吸系统、泌尿系统和皮肤软组织细菌感染的安全性和有效性。方法采用多中心随机对照试验。头孢地尼与头孢特伦均为 10 0 mg～ 2 0 0 mg tid,疗程 7～ 14 d。结果　头孢地尼组10 2例 ,头孢特伦组 10 6例 ,总痊愈率分别为 72 .5 5 %和 6 9.81% ,总有效率分别为 96 .10 %和 92 .4 5 %。呼吸系统痊愈率为 6 3.6 4 %和 72 .0 9% ,有效率为 90 .91%和 95 .35 % ;泌尿系统的痊愈率分别为 87.1%和 72 .73% ,有效率为 10 0 %和 90 % ;皮肤软组织的痊愈率分别为 70 .37%和 6 3.33% ,有效率为 10 0 %和 90 % ;细菌清除率分别为 89.0 1%和 94 .5 1%。两组的不良反应率为 7.2 6 %和 8.5 1%。统计学差异均无显著性。结论　头孢地尼治疗轻至中度的细菌性感染安全有效。
