摘要：

<正> 各国已普遍将年龄≥35岁的妊娠列为高龄妊娠。既往一些统计资料表明,高龄孕产妇母子合并症的发生率及死亡率均高于适龄孕产妇。近年来,我国部分地区具有年龄大(≥35岁)、孕次高(≥3)、产次间隔时间长(≥10年)的高龄经产妇的比例呈上升趋势。本文对我院近3年高龄经产妇的围产情况及结局分析如下。
