工作压力学习效应研究述评与三元互惠模型构建

摘要
传统研究仅关注工作压力的负面结果,Karasek动态模型则首次强调其学习效应,引领了该领域近二十年的研究。本文围绕Karasek动态模型回顾相关研究文献,指出了工作压力理论由消极到积极、由静态到动态、由被动到主动的发展趋势,梳理了有关工作压力与员工学习互惠关系的实证研究,并在此基础上构建压力学习效应三元互惠模型,阐述了工作压力、员工学习、工作特征间的循环互惠关系,最后给出了后续实证研究建议。
