摘要：

目的探讨对膝关节lysholms评分等级的正确使用。方法对150例半月板及交叉韧带损伤和术后患者对自己膝关节满意情况分为4个等级,与使用lysholms评分评出4个等级以及调整的lysholms等级进行相关性分析。结果lysholms等级评分和患者主观满意度Spearman相关系数γs1=0·86(P<0·05)。调整的lysholms等级和患者主观满意度等级相关系数γs2=0·90(P<0·05)。将某一个项目出现最差得分的13例剔除,余下137例所得lysholms等级和患者主观满意度等级相对关系γs3=0·93(P<0·05)。结论当某一症状严重时,应调整lysholms评分等级,以合理保证lysholms评分和患者主观满意度间的对应关系。
