摘要
<正> 铅是自然环境中广泛分布的毒性重金属,铅中毒是最常见的获得性环境疾病之一。历史上关于铅中毒最早的记载是罗马帝国因滥用铅而亡国。铅中毒的临床表现可见严重腹痛,周围神经病,便秘,暂时性精神障碍和血红素生物合成中间产物分泌增加。急性重度铅中毒可致中毒性脑病,抽搐,昏迷,甚至死亡。近年来由于环境保护意识加强与法律的明文禁止,环境中的铅水平已有所降低。人如长期暴露于低水平的铅环境中,仍可导致轻微的亚临床症状。低浓度的铅具有神经毒性,可对认知、学习和记忆等高级脑功能产生不良影响。铅不仅可参与氧化应激,而且可在Alzheimei病(AD)等神经变性疾病的发病机制中起重要的作用。基于生态学和流行病学研究,Prince提出假说,认为长期处于低浓度的铅暴露状态是AD发病的一个附加危险因素。本文就铅与AD的可能关联综述如下。
