雷公藤风湿药酒对大鼠肝肾组织形态学及功能的影响

摘要：

目的:观察雷公藤风湿药酒的长期毒性反应。方法:Wistar大鼠连续给药3个月,停药后观察2周。对样本进行体重、脏器指数、血液学、血液生化、组织病理学检查。结果:雷公藤风湿药酒对雄鼠体重无影响,雌鼠体重明显增长。对大鼠的主要脏器指数和血液学指标无影响。GGT和BUN显著性升高。停药后BUN仍未恢复正常。给药组大鼠有不同程度的肝坏死和肾近曲小管上皮细胞轻、中度水肿;大剂量组生殖细胞数量轻度减少。恢复期病损情况明显好转。结论:雷公藤风湿药酒连续3个月给药后,雌性大鼠的体重显著增加,对脏器重量和血液学指标无影响,有肝肾和生殖毒性。
