基于缩短交货期费用分担的供应商交货策略

摘要
研究供应链上下游间的交货期决策,基于上游先公布交货时间下游再决定订货批量的订货过程,建立了供应商交货期决策模型,提出了供应商基于费用分担的交货策略,为提前期管理提供了新的思路。算例分析证实了基于费用分担的交货策略的有效性,供应商可通过分担交货期缩短费用吸引零售商接受其交货期决策并调整订货批量,从而降低双方的运行成本和供应链系统的总成本。
